The Richardson Group is ready for the busy summer season ahead! We have been coordinating with other local businesses to promote our brokerage for the past few months and it’s finally time to unveil our plans:

Coligny Kiosk

Our Coligny kiosk is now open for business! In addition to featuring current listings, we will have a Richardson Group agent present in the evenings this summer to answer local real estate questions and meet potential buyers. If you are in the area, stop by Kiosk 2 to see our featured listings.

Local Restaurants

We will be featuring current listings in a number of local restaurants, including Local Pie Hilton Head, Local Pie Bluffton and FISH Restaurant (opening soon). We have flyers placed at the entrance of the restaurants, plus customized check inserts for patrons to grab while they pay!

Coligny Theater

You can also find our current listings on the big screen before any showing at Coligny Theater! Open seven days a week with two to three showings per day.
